"Room was clean on arrival. Stayed for 3 nights and towels we refreshed once is my only complaint. Kitchen worked. Plugs in suite were confusing which switch turned off an on. Only had one remote for both TVs. The biggest complaint was not keeping the coffee full during breakfast. I was okay waiting but there many other guests frustrated with this."

"The property is beautiful the location was perfect the staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay again"

"Home2Suites is always one of my favorite hotels to book. The rooms are always huge with large mirrors and nice comfortable beds. Perfect place to stop on my drive home."

"Older building. However, The rooms and lobby are being gutted and remodeled. Floor by floor. This is a great hotel with a wholesome complementary breakfast ! The room was perfect with a Texas Roadhouse right behind the hotel ! Without doubt, we would stay here again :)"

"Good stay. Polite staff. Good price."

"Dirty, smelly, not helpful, free breakfast, no one would eat"

"I had a great experience, and I especially wanted to highlight that the receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly when I checked in"

"Our shower smelled like sewage. But it was a great stay otherwise. Excellent location if you are going to a concert at Gainbridge which we did and were able to just walk into the venue. No issues, other than the smelly shower."

"Great time!"

"Besides the cleanliness, great staff, I enjoy the bar. Wait staff is friendly and it is a safe area for a single woman to enjoy a drink and food after a long day of travel. Food can be ordered to take to your room. I especially like the service provided by Jenny who was there on 10/28/26 and 11/3/26."
