"Simple and clean, but the idea that this sleeps 4 is really pushing it. There was only 2 of us, so it was ok, but the “couch” is a cubicle type couch that opens in to what can roughly be called a double bed. There were no sheets for it, but the owner did respond right away and brought one flat sheet. He told us fitted sheets don’t fit the couch. It’s a decent place, but we stayed in 3 other places for much less that were much better. This is not worth what they charge a night."

"This was our second time staying here. The kids love the rec room with pool table and it's a nice retreat for less than great weather days. Comfortable hang out for the whole family, but with a fun campy feel still. Yes, the kitchen and bath are small, but they get the job done. Host is an excellent communicator. Quick ride over to fun at the falls, or to Paradise for t-shirt shopping."

"Property was nice. It was surface level clean. There was pretty severe obvious water damage in both bathrooms with visible mold. As a family that needs to be careful around mold, seeing this was disappointing. It was a comfortable house, dated, but comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Close to main attractions. One thing to note, there are close neighbors, so if you are looking for space/ seclusion, this house does have close neighbors you will hear their dogs/lawn mowers / leaf blowers. Short walk to the beach is nice. This is a sandy beach, not a pebble beach for those of you looking for rocks. Hosts were very helpful in getting things to us that weren't restocked. Bring what you need as stores close early and many shops / restaurants are seasonal or just not open. Well stocked pots / pans / towels/ laundry."
