You are sent a contract and door code via text except they failed to send the door code on two occasions. I had to submit a text request and wait for a response since there's no staff on site. I had planned to use the sofa bed for my son, but discovered that it would only lock in an inclined position and the sheets and blankets provided for the sofa bed were filthy. I again texted and they said that since no one was on site, it would take about 30 minutes for someone to come look at the issue. Because it was already late and we had planned for an early morning, I asked for a second room for my son until they could repair the sofa bed. They texted the next morning to say that the sofa bed had been repaired, but it had not, which we didn't realize until late that evening. When I mentioned it the next day, I got a note that said "I'll take a better look at it today. Safe travels." No apology, no price adjustment. They just don't care about tourists. Also, no duvet covers, just a flimsy sheet with a disgusting unwashed blanket. One good thing: its located across the street from the Inn, which serves good food and drinks.
