"This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!"

"Wonderful stay with a few shortcomings. No instructions for operating tv. Screens were missing in the downstairs porch. We could not use the downstairs porch due to biting insects. The front steps to the house need some repair. We used the back steps because the front steps lean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the fire pit and dock."

The check-in procedure was not quite up to date or accurate, it made entering the property difficult. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about.
