"This was a great tiny house! This is the first spring break trip we have taken and the girls love the tiny house and she shed!! There was a washer/dryer. Hammock and swing in a fenced in yard! Very clean and quiet neighborhood!"

"The house was beautiful! Attractively decorated, clean and fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. Perfect layout with full private bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms. Location was beachfront and ideal for exploring all of JI. Pool/beach towels were not provided which was an inconvenience since we all flew in from the Northeast. Other than that, I would recommend this home for any type of gathering!"

So many amenities including a wonderful patio area that is shaded and has a outdoor fan, the backyard with seating and nice pool to cool off, bikes, and beach towels. The check-in procedure was not quite up to date or accurate, it made entering the property difficult. The cleanliness of the house was generally fine, but the refrigerator smelled like fish for the first two days and didn't get all that cold. "Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about. All-in-all would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay near the beach!"

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Grace Escape. The house was very clean and everything was as pictured. We loved the modern design and you could tell everything was brand new. The private pool was a great bonus. The grace escape is in a beautiful location, only a minute or two from the beach. Very close to some great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed riding our bikes around and exploring the area. Zach was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back."
