"This was a beautiful hotel inside an old building with lovely architectural features. The rooms were nicely done and very comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance to all of downtown Nashville. The only drawbacks were that you had to reserve parking in a parking garage or pay a lot for valet, although there were some very close to the hotel..and the fact that our room backed up to printers alley so there were bands playing until 2am on the weekends. "

"This it's an incredibly affordable resort for what it offers. The conservatory is amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Dining options abound, with the expected price of convenience, but very high quality food and service. Staff were friendly and helpful. And clean! How do they keep this place so clean?! Fantastic stay. Highly recommend"

"Everything went well, check in was easy, only issue was that we didn’t receive a text for our car when it was parked. We were told there was a glitch in the system, it finally got worked out and we received the text."
