"Location was easy to get to. Not far from the interstate to get anywhere in Nashville. Ubers were decent prices to get to Broadway or Oprland area. Lots of stairs! One bedroom near garage all others on the top floor. (Basically 3 floors) Very comfortable beds! Bathrooms were nice sizes. We did have some issues with cleanliness and the smell of marijuana. We just opened the doors and Clorox wipes the light switches and door knobs. I did let the property mgr know about the dirty walls and...

"We were coming to town for a wedding and this house was ideally suited for our family. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the gazebo out back was a great spot to enjoy the evening looking out over the pond, but the best part was all of the motorized recliners that begged for a nap... so comfortable!"

"The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here...

"The house was perfect! There were 6 adults (3 couples), lots of room to spread out and also to be together. Location is a little north of downtown, but a quick ride share, and your in the thick of it. Trip & house were awesome!"

I was a bit hesitant about the space being cramped and dark when I booked, but it was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Super comfortable! Communication with our host was very easy, the responses very prompt and she had some terrific suggestions on places to go and the best way to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Nashville!"
