"The property is adequate. Rooms are quiet and comfy beds. The rooms could be cleaned better, but the staff was quick to address my concerns. Breakfast was adequate. I did call the property a day before my stay to ensure that they had EV charging on the property. They said "yes we have EV charging available on the property ". I arrive there, there's one (1) EV charger on the property, but it doesn't work. The staff chuckled and said "yeah its been broken for awhile ". Well that was the main reason for staying at this hotel. No reimbursement, barely an apology. The staff is SUPER NICE and ATTENTIVE but that's about all they got."

"We paid to book through Hotels.com in advance and were advised on arrival that it was against their policy to allow locals to reserve a room. Then they would not authorize a refund! Considering the funny smell in the lobby, they may have saved me...."
