We actually stayed going to and coming from Portland, so two nights. The first night our room was on the bottom floor, facing the front of the property. Room size was very nice, but we could easily hear traffic on the busy thoroughfare out front, and our room had a door for connecting to the next room (and the guests in the next room were quite loud at night, need better insulation.) For the return trip we requested a room facing the back of the property, and that was much quieter. The breakfast selections were very good, a reason we selected the property. There is also an indoor pool and jacuzzi. The staff were pleasant.

Trying to get to the hotel was so confusing. The air-conditioner was noisy sounded like a spaceship. Our neighbors next store were talking loud at 2am. I should of reported them. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.

The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. The room & breakfast were both decent. The biggest downside was the smell. The lobby, elevator, stairwell, hallway & room all smelled not so great. All in all not terrible for what we paid to pass through.

I stayed here for one night while driving back to Washington state from Calif. I’ve made this same drive six times this year and I’ve always stayed at the comfort Inn South. No rooms this trip so I moved over to this hotel. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She got me and my pet checked in quickly and gave me large sheets marked Pet on them to drape over the top of the beds. First time for this, but what a great idea. The room was basic. But comfortable. This is an older hotel. It’s very close to the airport and it was noisy a few times with planes taking off or landing. But other than that. This hotel was a great place to stay for a night.

This is a good, solid value-priced hotel. It was the right match for my needs -- a clean, quiet, comfortable place to sleep and start up the next morning during a three day drive from SE California to W Washington. I rate it 4/5 stars (good but not excellent): (1) As I've found at every Comfort Inn (and peer brands), there's always observable wear and tear that's equivalent to car "dings" (e.g. scrapes and dents in metals doors); an overall impression of clean but heavily used. (2) Decor like a few pictures on the walls would help make the guest room less sterile and generic. (3) It would be nicer to allow breakfasting guests a little time leeway rather than removing the breakfast items at 9:30 on the dot.

The front desk staff were great! Karen was super helpful during the booking, went above and beyond, giving me directions to get to the hotel even before I decided to book my stay there... Jenifer was very warm during checkin and gave us helpful info for our trip to crater lake... there was also an indian gentleman (I dint get his name) at the front desk who was equally courteous with our requests! The room was clean and comfortable with the necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast bar had a decent spread with variety of choices. The hotel has safe on-site parking which was one of our must-haves for picking this location. There is a shopping area (rogue valley mall) very close to the hotel, the mall also has EV chargers so it was convenient. Stayed two nights at comfort inn, overall a pleasant stay and great for families.
