"3 generations (6 adults) and the dog, lovely place, plenty room for everyone. Whitby has plenty to do and is very dog friendly. We ate twice at the Inn across the road. There is little mention of the dog secure back garden, it’s small but there is a deck and seating. Plenty movies and games too. Everything was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The moonshine loft is a lovely little apartment for a few days in Whitby, we are only in our early 70’s so the 50 steps are no problem at all. We have stayed there twice now and look forward to more visits in future. Our only suggestion would be to make the parking arrangements clearer as not being locals to Whitby we fell foul of the traffic warden. A map with the parking permit would help."

"Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect."

"What a dump! We turned up to a filthy property, beds not made, white marks on the carpets in the bedrooms 😳 beds not made, towels on the floor, bins still full and filth and dust everywhere. There was a massive hole in the tiles in the bathroom which someone apparently commented on booking . Com over 45 days ago so they have let people stay in it since! The smell in the kitchen was beyond belief. I had to look in wardrobes to see if someone was still staying there. It’s all stairs if you’re in...
