Whistler Upper Village Executive Condo

Modern upgraded condo with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, etc Prime location in the exclusive Upper Village above the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and Four Seasons Hotel. Access to Blackcomb Mountain lifts via a lighted path across the street and are within walking distance to village shops, restaurants, golf, and World-Class Spa's at the Chateau Whistler and Four Seasons. The area is quiet and private, away from the noise of the main Village. We are located on the first floor of the building close to the year-round shared hot tub and seasonal outdoor pool!! Our unit backs onto a green space with a peaceful forest view adding to your privacy. During the warmer months enjoy our large outdoor patio. Ideal for those guests who wish to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk to all amenities Whistler has to offer. The village shuttle bus stops right outside our building. The unit is 'keyless' so you will receive an access code - no need to 'check in' or 'check out' in person. Enjoy free wireless internet and parking. 1 bedroom with Large queen-size bed. (2 guests will sleep in the bedroom .. no other sleeping area)
I provide FREE PARKING for one vehicle. Most places in Whistler charge $15- 20 per day for parking.

Check-Out: 10 am.

PLEASE NOTE:
These are standard check-in /out times all throughout Whistler. A secured locked storage room on the ground floor lobby area is provided for Skis, Boards, & Bikes( bring your own lock). These items are NOT allowed in the units. Anyone bringing these items up into the building hallways or inside condo may forfeit their damage deposit!
PLEASE NOTE: Rental bookings will not be accepted by anyone under the age of 25. Guest renting the property must be over 25 years of age and on the property during the term of the agreement. The local agent may request a valid ID to confirm age and if the Guest renting the property is less than 25 years of age, he/she will be asked to leave with no refund of rent. Guest must be present at all times if there are visitors on the property less than 25 years of age.

NOTE: Please DO NOT flush anything but body waste and tissue down the toilet.
Please scrape food waste in the waste bin, not down the sink. Charges to call a plumber and unclog drains due to the above not being followed will result in a deduction from your damage deposit.

We loved our stay. The flat is in a quiet building very close to the Blackcomb gondola. We had everything we needed - including a spacious communal hot tub to relax at the end of the day! Would definitely return.

This condo is an excellent space for a ski trip. The kitchen was very well equipped. The living room and fire were very nice and comfortable, as was the bedroom. Getting to the base of Blackcomb gondola was an easy and nice walk. Access to the main village was easily done by bus and by walking as well. Overall this condo was perfect.

We had another week of wonderful skiing in Whistler! We usually choose a ski in, ski out condo but this one was perfectly located with this path along the Chateau Fairmont. The condo was cleaned and beautifully decorated. I’ll certainly choose it again!

We definitely enjoyed our six night stay. The condo is extremely quiet, and well appointed. Having the shuttle outside of the condo is an added plus. No need to drive anywhere in Whistler as you can take a quick shuttle. We definitely rent again.

The property was as advertised. It is a cozy unit with all the amenities. We liked the location being removed from the village but it was very easy to walk to any of our destinations. We will definitely be back.

The condo was wonderful. Quiet and in a convenient location for Blackcomb base. Check in process was easy. Only one small thing to mention - the door entry code expired at 9am on the day of checkout rather than 10am as stated. Luckily my husband was still in the condo but if we had both left it would have been a problem! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at "Whistler Upper Village Executive Condo". The condo was well appointed and we waned for nothing. It's about 5 minutes from the Blackcomb lift (slight downhill that can be skied, but not easy for a snowboard) and about a 10 minute walk to the main Whistler Village. The building was very quiet - a big plus for us!! Everything was in working order and our host responded very quickly when we had a question. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My wife and I spent a week at Georges condo and enjoyed our entire time. The condo was just the right size for the two of us, with easy parking in the underground garage and simple walk in to the lobby with our luggage. The location couldn't have been much better--a short couple hundred yard walk (or ski if the trail is snow covered) to the Blackcomb gondola base. We never needed our rental car all week since we just walked to the base and village for apres ski beverages or dinner. We lucked out with the ski conditions in an otherwise challenging snow year--we had fresh snow the 2 weeks leading up to our week, then we enjoyed gorgeous sunny spring skiing the entire week! We will return to Whistler and the Vancouver area!

We enjoyed our stay in George's condo. The location is great for skiing. You can ski down to the Blackcomb lifts on a train directly across the street, and at the end of the day can ski to a point about a block away. So it's almost ski in/ski out. The free bus also stops right in front of the building. We also appreciated the free parking and the unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The TV is new and huge and the wifi worked well. We would certainly stay here again. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is that the unit hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, though the issue was addressed quickly once we pointed it out.

From the very start of our search George was an excellent communicator and very honourable owner. We enquired about renting the condo and even though we had requested dates at one rat.e no-one had realised that Easter was early this year, George honoured the advertised rate, unlike many others on other sites like AirBNB and on this site. We had excellent check-in/out information, having stayed many times in Whistler this was definitely one of the easiest check-in/out. The condo was beautifully equipped and everything went like a dream, as always the holiday went too quick, but we enjoyed our stay very much. If you book, you will not be disappointed, the condo was spotless upon arrival nice kitchen, furniture (bedroom and living space) was comfortable, nice and quiet, the pool does not operate in the winter and the communal hot tub is in need of repair, but they are outside George's control. As far as I could tell our access to the slopes was a fraction of what you have to endure staying deep in “The Stroll” hotels. Cross the street and put your skis on. At the end of the day the short walk back was the same distance from the closest hotels in “The Stroll” to the Excalibur Gondola. Oh, and way more quieter…

We came back overall satisfied with our stay at Whistler (Upper Village). Condo is well located and has everything we needed. Very functional. Kitchen is very well equipped. It's easy getting in and out of the condo to the slopes. We took advantage foe the jacuzzi after skiing. On the opportunity side: the convertible sofa-bed was very ran down with many springs missing. Also the bed linens and comforters are probably due for an upgrade. Also, the condo cleanliness could have been better. Still a lot of dust all the shelves, some of the glassware and plated had to be rewashed, etc. If there are two areas I would advise the owner, it would be to invest in new bed sheets and comforters and upgrade the sofa-bed (which is pretty ran down - ok for young kids but adults would no sleep well on this). At that level of price, I would expect more modern amenities. But that said, it met our expectations. The description in the ad is very accurate. And this is entry level price for Whistler. Communication was good and checkin process very easy.
