The Space:

Morning light softens the forested slopes around you as cool alpine air fills the quiet above Whistler’s valley floor. Inside, the glow of the fireplace draws you into a still, warm start to the day, with tall windows framing the surrounding evergreens. After time outdoors in the crisp mountain weather, you return to a home designed for gathering, unwinding, and settling in beside the fire as evening settles over the peaks.



Sleeping arrangements

This mountainside home offers space for up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each provide a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom includes a single bed and crib, along with an ensuite featuring a step-in shower and bathtub combination. Every bedroom offers a quiet place to recharge after a day on the mountain.



Living spaces

The main level centers around an open-plan lounge with a fireplace, comfortable seating, and expansive windows that bring the outdoors in. A dining table for ten sits beside the adjoining kitchen, which features Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and an island with breakfast bar seating. The cathedral ceiling and tall windows fill the room with daylight and frame views of the surrounding ridges and treetops. On colder days, the media room offers another fireside spot to relax, complete with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and table tennis.



Outdoor living

The home’s elevated setting creates a peaceful forest backdrop for time spent outside, even in colder seasons. The covered lower deck includes a hot tub, an outdoor firepit, and a mounted TV, offering a sheltered space to warm up after time on the slopes. The main deck extends the indoor living area with outdoor seating, a dining area, and a BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy the fresh mountain air year-round.



Recreation and amenities

A gym equipped with a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells supports indoor workouts. The property also includes a mudroom and a free parking garage on premises, along with bedroom and laundry essentials, heating, an indoor fireplace, and dedicated workspace. Wifi, TV, and home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are provided. Luggage dropoff and long term stays are allowed, and self check-in is available through a smart lock.



Neighborhood

Set in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, the home sits 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a quiet forest setting. Guests can access the shops, restaurants, and slopes via the private gondola, a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base. Ski-in/Ski-out access is seasonal and dependent on snowfall, with ski-out trails located approximately 200 meters away. Whistler Village is a 10-minute drive, while Creekside is accessible by gondola.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.

• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
