The Space:

Soft snow falls across the valley as you arrive, and the quiet of Whistler’s alpine landscape wraps around you. Step inside to find warmth and calm, where tall windows frame the white peaks beyond and the glow of the fireplace draws you in after a day on the slopes. Every space has been designed to help you settle into winter’s rhythm, from the inviting lounges to the outdoor hot tub waiting beneath a canopy of snow.



Living spaces

The main level offers bright open-concept lounges where you can gather between ski runs or unwind in the evening. One lounge looks out across the mountains and includes a wood-burning fireplace, creating a welcoming place to relax as snow drifts past the windows. The second lounge features a Smart TV and dedicated workspace, allowing you to switch easily between quiet downtime and productivity when needed. Vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of space, while heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for home-style meals, including a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, and essential cookware. Share dinner at the dining table for eight or start the day with coffee at the breakfast bar. Whether you’re preparing simple breakfasts before heading out or winding down with an evening meal after skiing, the space supports relaxed, effortless living.



Sleeping arrangements

The lower level hosts the primary suite with a king bed, TV, desk, and ensuite bathroom featuring a deep soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms feature king split beds that can be configured as one king or two twins. Two additional bathrooms on this level include a bathtub-shower combo, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanities. On the main level, the fifth bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite with glass-enclosed shower and single vanity, and direct access to the deck. A convenient powder room completes the layout.

Step outside to a peaceful setting surrounded by snow-covered evergreens. The covered hot tub offers a warm retreat where you can soak beneath crisp winter air, while multiple decks and patios provide quiet spots to breathe in the mountain calm.

The chalet includes Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, heating, indoor fireplace, air conditioning, dedicated workspace, and essential linens and towels. Guests have access to a two-car garage and driveway parking with storage space for skis, bikes, and seasonal gear, plus a mudroom closet with a boot and glove dryer for easy winter mornings.

Situated along the 14th hole of Nicklaus North Golf Course and a short drive from Whistler Village, this home places you close to the area’s renowned ski slopes, trails, and winter adventures. After exploring the mountain or nearby Green Lake, return to your private alpine retreat where comfort and quiet await.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

Annual Family Ski Trip

The house was beautiful and perfect fornour group. It was close to the Whistler base and village. Whistler Platinum was great to work with and were very attentive.

Fabulous stay

This home exceeded our expectations the minute we pulled up. Spacious warm grand yet cozy all at the same time. And the layout accommodated gaming, cooking, reading and conversation well. It also housed 10 of us comfortably which was a bonus. I highly recommend this property for a large group.

Whistler Ski Vacation

We had a great vacation in this awesome chalet. Exceeded expectations and the pictures online are a true representation of the actual chalet. It is convienently located 5mn by car from the slopes (never encountered traffic during the full week as you come from the Pemberton direction). The house is really big with all the amenties you need to enjoy time with family. Highly recommend!
