Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Return the keys
All guests must be completely departed by 11 am on departure day. Cleaning team arrives at that time and any delays from late departures will be charged to the damage deposit. Room keys on door locks.
2. Guest expectations: Take garbage and recycling to the bottom of the side suite stairs (located next to the guest laundry). Dirty dishes and glassware must all be placed in the dishwasher.
The dishwasher started in the normal cycle. All beds used to be stripped of bedding sheets and pillowcases (leave in the room at the foot of the bed). All used towels to be placed in the shower.

Very spacious and clean home! Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Easy 3 min walk to bus for ski days, and easy 15-20 min walk to village for dinner. House was well stocked and check-in process was great. Absolutely no issues! Hope to be back soon. 10/10.

This place had everything it advertised and was so well-kept. The caretaker, Jenna, was super kind and welcoming when first arriving and throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. It was the perfect place for large groups of people and just a walk away from Whistler Village. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
