Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Solid stay, not remarkable

Good value, bare necessities included, by no means a luxury stay. Have stayed in several Carleton units, this one has good value, but less amenities than other units. Solid, but again, not amazing.

Perfect central location for a family ski vacation

No better place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the action and as close as can be to the chairlifts of Whistler. Condo is clean with the required appointments to make an enjoyable stay. Relatively dated, but did not prevent our family from enjoying the comfort and the location of the place. No extras here, nor did we need the extras. Convenient parking spot, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils. all there. We will be back.

The Carleton Lodge is pretty much the perfect place to stay for skiing in Whistler. Steps from the gondola, close to dinner and other good things, but surprisingly not too noisy at night.The unit is kind of dated - workable but definitely not fancy. It is right next to the elevator, so you get some sounds from that through the walls. The condition of the unit may be reflected in the listing price which was notably competitive especially considering the great location.The unit wasn't ready at the 4:00 check in time, nor was the parking spot. We had to wait about 20 minutes - not that long but a bummer after a long drive to get there and we were eager to settle in. In compensation they gave us late check out which helped us a lot on our departure day.I would stay here again if available for our trip dates.

Great Location

Across the street from the Gondola in the heart of Whistler village. Good internet and Netflix on the tvs. Bedroom is pretty small but cozy. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent three nights at the Carleton Lodge. The location was awesome, right at the beginning of the pedestrian stroll, and a ten second walk from the gondola. Larger than a hotel room, loads of space for just the two of us. Can be a little noisy at night, but if you want to stay at pedestrian stroll thats the trade off.

We had a great time on our Whistler trip! The location of the condo was fantastic, couldn’t ask for better! Able to walk to everything. Absolutely walking distance from anything you need. What is pretty much as advertised. Plenty in the kitchen to cook and have meals and a good array of utensils. We will go back again, and really hope that this place is available!

Perfect Central Location

The condo location was extremely convenient for skiing at Whistler Blackcomb. It was clean and the management agent was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. It would be helpful if there was a dresser in the bedroom, more light in the living area and a hook or two inthe bathroom. But overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Gondolas are just downstairs. Right in the heart of village. Close to all restaurants and shops. Room is big and comes with in house washer and dryer. However the big downside is that a shop selling hotdogs etc played loud rock musics till 2am on Friday. We ended leave one day before planned.

Great location - needs some TLC inside

Location can't get better. For about $200 thought they could make the place much nicer. Kitchen was missing many things, glasses were dirty. There's a hole in the roof to patch and the shower head should be replaced. Not a bad stay at all, but a little spend would go a long way.

The Carleton Lodge has to be the best location at Whistler!

If you expect fancy, posh or luxury, choose differently! If you're good with nice, clean, cozy, in the middle of everything "Whistler," economical (all things considered), secure, right in front of the gondolas, then choose a stay with the Harmony group (Carleton Lodge)! I would guess the lodge is a Whistler "original." It is a bit dated, but nicely updated, very comfortable and we found Harmony to be great to work with! They are very responsive and straight forward! Great stuff! Thank you for a great get-a-way!

Location, Location, Location ...

Short version: we agree with all previous reviews that are posted on this page. Long version: if you are here for a skiing vacation, you cannot beat the location, minimum distances to lifts, village shops and restaurants. Some people pointed out the venetian blinds and the elevator next to the bedroom: no problem for us, the elevator is hardly audible and not disturbing, as all other noise inside the building and on the street during daytime. At night, unfortunately a lot of partying and drunk shouting coming from Black's and Longhorn Saloon, reaching right into the open bedroom window, to 02:00 am and beyond. It probably depends on the time of the year, but the end of the ski season is definitely party mode. In that respect, it is a bonus that the apartment is on the building side facing away from Skier's Plaza. That way, you are are shielded from the massive noise level of the Apres Ski parties at Longhorn's Saloon and the end-of-season festival days on the plaza. Alternatively, you can close the well insulated windows, if you don't need fresh air at night. Free underground parking and private ski storage are really convenient. Bright living room with panoramic window and lovely window bench. Ample space for two people, which is standard occupancy. We were three adults - you had to manage space somewhat and be ready to live out of the suitcase, especially with the lack of useable shelves, hooks in bathroom or other storage options. The furniture of the apartment has definitely seen better days, with some cupboard doors and drawers close to falling apart. On the other hand, the unit is priced very reasonably. As agent, Harmony Whistler was reliable, responsive and easy to work with for booking and management of details. All in all, a very good offering for what we had in mind at Whistler. We would definitely book here again!

In the heart of Whistler

This one bedroom suite with kitchenette served my needs appropriately. It is comfortable though Furnishings are older, and is clean and spacious. I found the instructions a bit confusing, my GPS took me to a back alley which did not have a sign pointing towards parking. After driving around Whistler looking for entrance to Hotel through the parking lot I made my way back to the original spot and edged my way forward. Clear signs or written directions would have been helpful.
