"The room was simple but clean. That said, I stayed there for five days and nobody ever came by to change the sheets or give me clean towels. Because the office hours were limited and I was out for much of every day there was no person on site that I could ask about this. As other guests have stated, the water was not exactly hot, more like lukewarm, so not an enjoyable shower experience. If you are looking for a VERY basic and absolutely no frills place to stay that's on the cheaper side this might be a good place for you."

"Was easy to get to from interstate. Easy walk to PNC. Hotel was fine. But needs some upkeep. Peeling wallpaper, interior of bathroom door hadn’t been cleaned in sometime - it’s a wood and glass door. Lots of dust and ‘spots’ (toothpaste/lotion?). Employees were polite. Valet attendant was very helpful. We accidentally left our car key and we called when we realized. Turned around but could only get within a block of hotel (marathon was being ran). Attendant brought us our key."

"No free breakfast The shower handle came off in my hand, it was cumbersome and complicated to operate, and would now shutoff. The toilet was too low to the floor - non-ADA compliant, and the door to the bathroom was too close to the toilet so, I had to swing my knees out of the was to close he door and achieve some privacy. It was once a very expansive and nice property but it is now rundown and not a lot of investment in updated fixtures. Even the room comfort controls were dimly lit and very noisy."

"Easy check in, friendly professional staff, comfortable beds. Only thing I mentioned to the staff, which is extremely minor, was that the tray in the coffee maker that holds the coffee pod was missing. I was still able to make a cup by putting the pod in the cup. I would stay at this location again."

"This property was excellent. Lots of upgrades and a really nice space inside. There are two levels with the upper level being a private bedroom (loft type). Kitchen was stocked with what you need to cook and coffee pods and all of the needed dishes and cookware to cook our meals. The area is lovely and has coffee shops, breakfast and burgers/pizza. The only issue we had was the market nearby was international and not what we were looking for and there was an Aldi about a mile away. Highly recommended all around. Hosts communicated to any questions I had within minutes."

"They need to fix their key cards I don’t know how many times I had to go down to the lobby to get them to fix my keys and my friend’s keys who stayed in a different room. Other than that nice!"

"We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. She contacted expedia and did what she was supposed to do but Expedia has dropped the ball saying a refund has been issued when it has not. The lack of housekeeping issue is why I am leaving the recommendation I am, not the refund issue."
