Be prepared to pay to park at this hotel. I can understand IF you were leaving your car there all week but for 25 hours be prepared to pay almost $12. And the app to pay it on was ridiculous. I couldn’t get my card number in and the check in lady made me feel like an idiot. She walked away back into a room and wouldn’t help further. THEN, no hot water! I couldn’t even shower. I didn’t call the front desk thinking that maybe the hot water just ran down and needed time to regenerate. Wrong! No hot water this morning either. Then when I checked out there was no one at the front desk to even tell. Just a little basket to throw your door card into. Not impressed with this Fairfield Inn. I won’t be back and will look to stay elsewhere when I need to fly out again.
