"We were there for my best friend's funeral and needless to say i was not in a good head space to begin with. Our check in was a disaster. We got our door cards and headed up all the stairs with our luggage to find that our cards didn't work. We were thankful our adult daughter was with us so she could run down the stairs to get them fixed. She did this 3 times and they still weren't fixed. Then the front desk person said he'd come up to fix it and he did. After we were finally in our room, my husband turned the TV on and it was not connected to the wifi and I called down for assistance. No answer. I tried several times in an hour but no answer every time. Then my husband went down there and no one was around. He ended up finding someone (not the front desk person) and he said he would send him up in 10 minutes. He never came . I called the IT service desk from the QR code on the TV and they were able to bypass the screens to get us into the TV. The beds were really high and lumpy. The pillows were very "used" I prefer a feather pillow and they were spongy with lumps. The refrigerator smelled so bad. It filled the room. I saw other people put theirs out in the hall, probably for the same reason I've stayed in thousands of hotels in my life and this is definitely one of the worst. Very disappointed."

"The Lodge was perfect for my stay. The rooms are very clean, and the large windows overlooking the hills and lake were definitely a plus. There is a trailhead nearby with easy access to the lake. The seating benches could be replaced as they are old and splintering, my only complaint. It is a beautiful place overall."

"The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service"

"The room was dirty the pillows were the size of quarters and stained like they had not been cleaned. The comforter was covered with spots of what looked like blood, the towels washcloths and hand towel were a very dingy gray and looked like they had been there for a long time. I spent $63 on pillows, bath, hand and was clothes to use along with Lysol and Clorox wipes because there was slimmy grime one the handles of the tub/shower as well as the sink facets the counter and the tile floor was covered in dirt so I had to scrub it on my hands and knees. The toilet wobbled when you sat down and the bath vent was caked with dirt."

"Bed was comfortable, fridge and A/C worked. Those were the only positives. Shower drain clogged immediately, large trash cans placed in front of rooms were overflowing, microwave door wouldn't open, lamps kept flickering, you could see daylight thru the entry door and crooked door frame and adjacent rooms throwing parties. I wouldn't recommend this place."
