"Staff were so friendly and accomodating. Very welcoming at check in and happy to assist in any way. Hotel had a really nice vibe (reminded me of NY) finishings in the room could do with a slight upgrade but bes was super comfy and room very spacious. "

"I stayed one night at Atlantis Hotel in Melbourne. While the room was clean and the staff were friendly, it definitely did not feel like a four-star hotel. The room was very basic, more like a budget motel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing — despite being advertised as continental, the options were extremely limited (eggs, beans, bread, and yogurt), with no fresh fruit or variety. Overall, clean but far below four-star standards"

"A complimentary water bottle is the least one can expect. Their all night menu items were not available,. Staff at the reception, this one particular lady- racist, had a terrible attitude- think her name’scAshley (blonde, side parted hair) I don’t think I’d be recommending QT to my colleagues/friends."

"Well we’re do we start , room is dated no view paid for a upgrade spa room stuck in a corner ,carpet is a risk hazard waiting to happen ,frays as you walk into bathroom and throughout room had to ask for a additional chair so we could sit and eat as there was only one (1) chair in room Ordered breakfast and it the order on the door well and truly before the 230 am cut off woke up to NO breakfast when looked outside the door at 900am order still hanging on door come home to the the bathroom not cleaned at all spa still dirty This is the worst experience we have experienced with Novatel which we have frequently used for our previous accommodation Ordered room service for dinner and had to wait 1.45 hours for it to arrive then at 400pm dirty tray still sitting outside room ,DISGUSTING NOVATEL MELBOURNE ON COLLINS PICK YOUR GAME UP "
