"The room was very disappointing, mould around A/C vents, on doors and in the bathroom. Furnishings poor condition, sofa stained, chairs in poor condition, tv cabinet missing two doors? Waĺls grubby, finger marks and grime. Paint peeling in bathroom, kitchen cutlery/crockery etc missed matched, 2 forks 3plates 2 teaspoons etc. Bathroom very poor condition, dirty grout corrosion in shower screen, dirty glass and vanity. Not what you would expect from The Mantra???? If this is a " NORMAL" room, the place needs a refurbishment. Don't stay here!"

"Hotel is currently being renovated, but if you can see around the construction it is very clean and tidy. Excellent location, rooms roomy, lovely shower with excellent water pressure and extremely helpful staff. Definitely recommend"
