"We had a fantastic experience at the Copthorne Merry Hill. Our room was very comfortable with a waterside view and I was delighted to find the en-suite had a bath. The room had Tea and coffee making facilities + biscuits and a fridge containing water and 2 little bars of chocolate; delightful. The staff were really kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast (buffet style hot and continental) was delicious with continual restocking by staff. We sat outside to eat this morning. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was beautifully cooked and presented."

"This property is so amazing and honestly has potential to fully push for more. I think they act like they know so every guest needs that special treatment all the time. They should know that other guests are from "Royal Service" background so never judge a book by the cover. I love it and i will definitely book again for front facing room on the 3rd floor. I was in room 316 and its at the back side of the horel...see you again guys. Thanks...😊😄"
