It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "

The beds were comfortable, it was in a very convenient location - I was able to walk to it from Union Station (to and from the airport) - and it had the amenities I needs (iron and iron board, nice towels, etc). The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. We spent days just walking around and exploring downtown Denver. There were tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and fun in easy walking access. "
