"**Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!** My family stayed at the Hilton Lake Taupo over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. Overall, an excellent hotel with lovely facilities and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. A few amenities around the pool area, including the sauna, were unfortunately not operational during our stay, but this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend the hotel to others. We would...

"I was grateful for somewhere to stay last minute. three people, my cousin and my big brother we were on the second floor. the three things we weren't able to use. the kitchen, the swimming pool and the laundry. the receptionist suggested they were still working on improvements. there was enough car parking on site even though it got busy over the 3day long weekend. we booked an extra day, the Friday a day before, so we could spend a leisurely day to travel, an easier day, through the motel...

"Good location, good price, nice simple room"

"Property was clean inside room. Kitchen was well stocked and updated. Toad noise during day but quiet at night. Lake view was basically non existent. You could see a tiny peak at the water between the bldgs in front of us. Was disappointed in lack of view. Parking is a little challenging with a few angled slots in front and then parking adjacent to bldg in a tight driveway. You aren’t walking distance to any restaurants really so you’ll want access to the heart of town. Overall fine but seemed a...

"Very pleasant check in and the room was spacious and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable so great to sit and enjoy it. Good kitchen area and fridge with milk was a nice touch. Easy 20 min walk into town. Would definitely book again. Thank you."

"Really helpful and accommodating staff. I was going to be late for check-in but staff waited and even upgraded my room. Really good as I had an exhausting day. Thank you. Beautiful and comfortable room and bed. Super clean!"

"Great location, clean room, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again - I wish we had motels like this in the states!"

"Beautiful location with access directly to the path around the lake. A great place to eat wiht a view of the lake only steps away. Quiet. Staff helped us with rooms all next to each other (3 rooms) and on the bottom floor a we were a group of 65 yr. olds. Only 1 washer/dryer on site that we could see. It would be nice if staff explained use and if there were special hours or access for the washer/dryer. Loved the kitchen area and the warmer towel rack in the bathroom was great."

"It was so nice hotel"
