"Clean room. Friendly staff!"

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms larger than most hotel rooms in NYC!"

"We asked for a handicapped room for a person in a wheelchair. The handicapped room was like a closet - very small and hard for him to turn his wheelchair around. The bathroom tiles on the floor were cracked and the floor sloped down which make it hard for him to control his wheelchair and also allowed water from the shower to run onto the floor. The toilet was against the wall at the end of the bathroom with a wall directly in front of the toilet, so your knees almost touched the wall. How...

"Room was spotless. Laundry on site, affordable. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious."

"The rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good but not too much to choose from. Parking is very easy."

"The hotel is under construction, and I had to wait until 4:30 p.m. to check in because the rooms weren’t ready. The staff seemed very stressed out. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was basically water. There was no warm water in the shower. I’ve stayed here many times, and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, things have changed, and now it’s a mess."

"Clean, roomy"

"I was honestly pretty nervous after reading so many bad reviews before my stay. But now that I’m here, it’s really fine! It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it gets the job done and serves our needs well. My only real complaint is the parking lot. I came back pretty late from dinner last night and couldn't find a single open spot. Assuming there’s at least one space per room, management really needs to make sure only registered guests are parking there."

"Room was updated well and very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful. I would stay here again and I’m picky."

"Bathroom was excellent for older travelers. The climate control was quiet and easy to adjust. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was more than adequate with fresh items."

"Loved how helpful that staff was, room had everything we needed and the freshly ground complimentary coffee was a 10/10. Was disappointed that the breakfast had a fee and likely wouldn’t stay again because of that. Also, no pillows were available for pullout sofa."

"Great place clean room and comfortable"
