Accessible Room not in working condition- Hotel services unavailable- no wifi available Health and safety issue due to room wouldn’t stay warm and plumbing issues due toilet wouldn’t flush had to change rooms in the middle of night. Only given points as compensation which does not even cover $75 pet fee on top of room cost which we got a smaller room that was not accessible. Expedia only offer one key cash due to hotel not offer any partial refund because the room was book through 3rd party and was non refundable however I didn’t get to sleep in the room we paid for due to these health and safety issues. Staff were kind and breakfast hot.
