"Owner was a pleasure to work with, really responsive and very helpful. Super clean and comfy place. We were in town to visit the great sand dunes and the owner gave some amazing recommendations for other things to do. Would stay again!"

"very cute place to stay. Some notes from our trip- Neighborhood not nice but didn't feel dangerous- 1 bathroom for the 2 bedrooms- fenced in yard is great- washer / dry- fully stocked kitchen- recommend trying the chinese place down the road"

"Lovely hotel. Amazing location by the riverwalk and across from a playground within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Great restaurant onsite. Good pool. Importantly the water in the pool was warm enough. Good service in restaurant. Only complaint is being charged for a coffee refill with breakfast. "
