"This houseboat is set up quite well for guests. It is an older boat, but everything you need is there. It is in a safe place. It was quiet. The waves were not too bad most of the time. There were confusing rules that said one thing in the email handouts and something quite different on the rules posted in the house. We did the best we could to interpret. The price was fine, but the markups that VRBO adds MORE than doubled the cost. Add $50 for parking and is was a pricey excursion that sadly...

"Perfect tor 3 Texas girls! The boat was comfortable and the view was incredible! Location couldn’t have been better. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything we wanted/needed was within walking distance. Delicious food, coffee, shopping, all just steps away. The hosts were responsive and friendly, very accommodating. Once in a lifetime experience and I’d recommend it to anyone. 10/10 "

"Check-in process was very simple and straight forward. Host communicated well with us and had a great Labor Day weekend. Location is in a very convenient but a little crowded with tourists (us included I guess). Lots of local dining options and convenient parking. Would stay again. Very happy with our choice. "
