The front desk area was very clean and there was a resultant attached to the hotel. The restaurant staff and service was great but the food could be more home made. The room was decent but had a musty smell and wasn’t very clean.

Great for a night with great pricing. The bed was decently comfortable. Can’t say it was the cleanest and the hallways really smelled nasty. It was very dirty heading down to the gym area… I am pretty sure that hasn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in months. There were mouse droppings, tons of bugs, dirt, and spiderwebs everywhere. Had a hard time getting water, everything was all sold out but most likely not the hotels fault, most likely, whoever owns the vending machine. The breakfast was decent, the coffee was absolutely terrible. Hotel is quite dated, but would probably stay there again because the price is very good, half the price of the other well-known hotel and I just couldn’t justify spending $200 a night in a small town like Westlock.

Room was a little dirty. Breakfast included was sit down restaurant style, it took about 35 minutes to get our food. Not great for when you are in a hurry as we assumed it was buffet style. Missing smoke alarm in our ceiling. Room photo for booking showed a room that was not connected to exterior of property, but it was not unfortunately. Staff however were friendly.
