"There was no valet and no bell hop service. I really needed help and didn’t have it so my daughter and I had to do it and it was not easy for us. Other than that. It was a beautiful property. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay when it was time to leave there was not enough handicap parking to get close to the door. I had to pull my vehicle up and my daughter and I had to load it and it took us a while because we’re not strong people. It was tough leaving. Well I ever go there again? I’m not sure. Count on those extras."
