"There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic"

"It was a great accommodation with excellent views."

"Comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking and good access to transport into Melbourne."

"The apartment itself was clean, conveniently located and good value. Unfortunately, the management experience was dreadful. Before arrival, we were bombarded with emails about rules, deposits and payments: $X for this deposit, $X parking fee and $X for that deposit, top of the booking. Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. "Great location especially with the kids as the shopping centre across the road has lots of fun activities for them to do. The kids enjoyed the pool and the easy access of the tram line was great for adventuring. Having the parking option to was great."

"Great location. Tram stop right out front. Loved the late check out options."

"Beautiful hotel. The rooms feels peaceful and serene, modern and with great amenities. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. "Exceptional hotel, enjoyed my stay immensely. Will stay there again and again and again!"

"Excellent facilities, spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean and lake with wildlife on your doorstep. You can enjoy a beach side pathed walk into Williamstown from the property."

"Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed. We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...

"Clean , great price, convenient to my needs as l was volunteering at an event at Seaworks"

"So close to Footscray market also close to restaurants"

"There was rubbish on our balcony and the shower had hair in it from the previous persons. Otherwise it was really good to stay for what we needed and the view from the balcony was great."

"Second stay at Oakwood, staff were kind & room was also very clean as always. Will mostly stay again !"
