"We’ve stayed here previously and were surprised at how much it has deteriorated. The elevator is truly a mess with chips in the walls and floor, horrible first impression. Carpeting in the room had holes, the hallways are dark, breakfast ends at 9am, they don’t accept cash for the store purchases of snacks and the parking lot and landscaping looks like it hasn’t been maintained for years. The staff does their best with what they have to work with, which isn’t much. "

"Near a lot of places to eat out so choice to pay for breakfast else where like the embassy suit. Overall nice location for reaching other places and quite for a good night rest comfortable beds and tv in room with WiFi etc. no welcome back of water or juices or snacks in room , "

"The hotel is at a good location. However the room is smelly and the vinyl plank floor is peeling. The place needs renovation. "

"The property was as described. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was available near the room. The only issue to speak of was the shower head not having the best pressure, but it served its purpose. I would definitely stay again should I need to visit the area. "

"This Hotel was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Outside smelled like a dead animal, inside the room was filthy, like it had never been properly clean, items falling off the wall, not level or rusted, you could only take a shower, there were stains, cigarette burns etc on the sheets, bath mat, towels and dirt, trash and small toys under the bed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was completely covered in dust. There was a roach in the room, and it had a dirty smell. The counter sink was cracked, and glued or something. I would have complained but based on observations, it wouldn’t have made a difference. This hotel is a flop hotel. You couldn’t pay me enough to stay there again. I would have looked for another hotel but it being Easter weekend, plus the plans we already had, along with us needing to be in that area and a pet friendly hotel, it wasn’t an option. Please email me if you’d like to see some pictures, I have plenty! This was the biggest let down of a hotel and I don’t see how it passed any inspections! "

"Stay away from this property, had to wait outside this hotel holding bags for more than 20mins because their lobby is closed off, front desk agent didn't welcome us only words she said was ID and sign here, not welcoming at all no directions to the elevators, elevator was extremely dirty, the room was not well prepared, the shower/tub area had a few hairs, only had 2 towels to use, very disappointed in this place"
