"AC made horrible noise. Cover falls off. Towel rack falling off wall. Bathroom tiles missing around toilet. Front window curtain broken with a long burn hole in it, approx 3 inches wide and top to bottom. Mirror frame broken. Toilet paper holder broken. WORST ROOM I EVER STAYED IN> TERRIBLE> Front desk said that maintenance was not aware. "

"I had a short stay at this hotel and was very impressed. The property is new, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around. An area for improvement would be the breakfast package, it would be helpful if this was explained more clearly on the websites. Package is for a very specific and set breakfast not allowing for many options. Food is similar to that provided free with other hotel chains. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider returning ( just not paying extra for the “breakfast”.) "

"The hotel was in a nice area of town but when we checked in the older lady at the front desk mentioned a few times how 3rd shift is never this busy and acted very flustered and made me feel a little bit uncomfortable like my husband and I were an inconvenience she wasn’t rude just made us feel uncomfortable like we were doing something wrong by checking into our hotel room. Then we go to our room the hallways smell like weed and for someone that doesn’t even smoke cigarettes that’s aggravating and the room wasn’t very clean. We didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. We will not be staying here again I will pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. "
