"We thought the property was great. Staff were wonderful. The rooms were really spacious. The breakfast was great. We hung out in the lobby and the bar area while the kids socialized, and the ambiance was great. I would book a stay here again. The only issue was the pool really needed some extra maintenance. It was getting a lot of use with the large groups of kids that were there, and by the third day it wasn’t useable."

"The young man at the desk was super polite. But the next day, it took hotel staff over an hour to get us towels to shower. I also started seeing roaches."

"I have never stayed at an Extended Stay before and I never will again! I was staying at another hotel for a concert and decided 2 extend our trip by 1 day-unfortunately they could not accommodate me, so I had to find another hotel. With short notice I found availability at Extended Stay. I do appreciate them letting me check-in 30mins early, but that’s where it ends. We got back from the concert at around 1:30am and couldn’t get into the room (the keycard wasn’t working) I drove to the lobby which was closed and had to call customer srvc- the 1st person said someone will be with me in a few minutes, after 10mins I called back- he stated she was on her way and that they have 10mins to come up front. I said it would have been nice to have been told that. When the worker finally got there she stated they have 30mins to come and I was going to be charged to be able 2 get a new key, and she shows me a form I have nvr seen or was given that states this. I said I would talk with the manager in the morning. The manager did remove the charge in the end. About the cleanliness- if I had another option I would have left 2 find somewhere else. My daughter and I were afraid 2 touch anything. The bathroom door you could visibly see dirt/grease and fingerprints all over it! We found a roach in the room along with a few other dead bugs. There were stains on the comforter/bedspreads. Just not a pleasant experience. "

"Horrible hotel. Day 1, toilet did not flush, room was changed, air conditioner did not work, another room change, they put us on the 1st floor next to the lobby and breakfast area, I originally requested a quiet area, they changed our room the next day, it was ok, the 3rd day the toilet did not flush and they gave me a plunger to plunge the toilet, Really? Then the maid never did our room, no hot water for 3 days and the pool did not work, water was filthy, other guests also complained about the facility, due to all the issues we decided to leave 2 days earlier, we had enough, i asked to go to another holiday but eas told no because they are a franchise so, please stay away from this place"
