Most importantly, the staff were so unbelievably kind: Gaoju at the front desk was so helpful, kind and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. My sister has incident that she fell down and broke her hips at the beauty salon,. The manager of the hotel has guided us and took us to the hospital until my sister admitted to hospital with the Doctor care. We’re very grateful staying in this hotel , managers and staff super nice and caring, room are very clean, breakfast are excellent. I definitely will recommending my friends and family with this hotel and definitely will come back to visit."

"Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. On the third day, I asked the staff, and was told that I have free breakfast. I cannot even count how many choices you can have. I could never inmagined there are so many variety of food for breakfast, and everything is so good and delicious! I will book this hotel again."
