"It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were delicious and a massage, was one of the best ever! I would book this again in a heart beat. "

"The name of the hotel says it all, Grand. From the second you walk in you can feel the history and the elegance. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my last two days in Sicily were perfect. Whether it was booking us a dinner reservation or bringing a complementary cake to my room for my girlfriend’s birthday they truly showed every bit of Italian hospitality. The rooms are phenomenal with huge showers and lots of natural light. We also ate at the restaurant here which was top three meals of our 2 week trip. Hope to be back soon. "
