"We have been staying at Fairmont Hot Springs for over 30 years. There have been many good improvements made over the years. It is a great

destination for all ages. We spent most of our time in the pools. We were disappointed that all the poke were not open all the time. Two of the days the indoor pools were closed due to staffing issues. That is an excuse that hotels have been allowed to use since COVID. I don't think it is a valid reason. Also the pools use to be open 24 hours a day to...
