The staff was very friendly. It was very helpful to have a laundry room on the floor so we could do laundry while we were traveling. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we ever had, especially the kielbasa.

Loved everything about this hotel! We stayed three nights and it was the perfect place to stay as a gateway to the western entrance of Glacier National Park and the Going-to-the-Sun Road! We also went to Flathead Lake and Polson. Easy scenic drive to everywhere. We stayed in one of the larger rooms with the fireplace and jetted tub which made the experience even better! Highly recommend the splurge! Daily breakfast was also wonderful! Lovely hotel! We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in Montana!

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We found the facility to be clean, efficient, safe, modern, with nice amenities (pool, exercise room etc.), and it is a great value. Everyone that we interacted with was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very nice: well stocked, bright, clean, and with plenty of fresh and tasty foods. The staff at this hotel were friendly, courteous and efficient. We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to Kalispell and Flathead Lake.

Upon arrival we had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone came to check us in. When we finally got our room it was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. My husband referred to them as “chicklets” as they were so small. Breakfast was great. Staff in the breakfast room were friendly. There was no restaurant on property and not many nearby. I attempted a trip to the front desk again to see if I could get a paper plate one night and there was nobody to be found. I was a bit disappointed in this hotel.
