"Very nice hotel with wonderful facilities, clean room, and very friendly and helpful staff."

"The location was excellent and I think that is what you pay a lot for. The Hotel itself is tired and in need of renovations. The first room we were in, the toilet was not working and the staff did respond quickly and put us in another room with a working toilet. The continental breakfast was very scant and although breakfast sandwiches were mentioned by staff on checking in, other than toast, bagels and peanut butter and jam, nothing else. No hot portion like eggs or bacon or sausage. The bed was extremely comfortable though and had a good night sleep. And as I said, the location right downtown and walking distance to all downtown activities, amenities and restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking at the hotel. If not for the location though, I wouldn’t pay more than half the price of what I actually paid for this hotel. "

"I put in a special request and someone responded immediately. All the staff was friendly. Amenities like cold water, cookies and games in the lobby were nice. Breakfast was good and the area was well maintained. Food was warm and filled when needed. Our room was immaculately cleaned. Other visitors were respectful and quiet. Even the halls were clean. It is a safe area with things nearby."

"Comfortable bed, accessible location, free self parking, reliable staff, clean room. Breakfast is not as good as the other inns/hotels. The only available protein is the powdered egg. They don't provide bottled water, not even 1."
