"Easy check in. I had a solo room. Small but perfect for 1 person. The hotel is very conveniently located. It's right in the center of the tourist district of Reykjavik. Its about an 18 min walk from the BSI bus station. Nice breakfast. There is a kettle and fridge in the room. Would definitely stay again."

" Great hotel and staff. Rooms are clean and basic. I booked a superior room and felt it was worth the extra money. Most tours pickup at this hotel, and there is a covered bus stop across the street to get you downtown. Breakfast is from 7-10 each morning, and is above average for the price. A smaller version of breakfast starts at 5am with limited items. Mini market is across the street, but a Kronan supermarket is one block, and has everything at a reasonable price. "We had great accommodations. The location was suitable for walking to most attractions. I did not like the idea of checking in at one central location and then having to lug our suitcases to one of 5 other properties. Did not know ahead of time which apartment we would be assigned. If a person downloads their app, I guess one can check in remotely. "

"Everything was great, only issue we had was we were assigned a room and were supposed to be able to just go into it, and someone else’s stuff was in there. We called and alerted the staff and they were very helpful and friendly and got us a different room, which she said was an upgraded room. Overall great place, highly recommend."
