"The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but is very close to good shopping and restaurants. Selfoss is much larger than we had anticipated and it was a great locatuon to use as a base for severalnday trips atound the area. The house was great. Excellent kitchen. Amazing huge bathtub with unlimited hot spring water. My wife and her sister basically lived in the tub when we got back from our day trips. We spent 4 great days in the area. End of winter so some light snow one day and rain or clear...

"Consider yourself lucky if the property is available for your stay. This home was absolutely stunning, phenomenal location, beautifully appointed, and the hosts were spectacular! Not being familiar with the areas/distances, this home couldn't be more perfect to explore the Golden Circle, and even our day trip to Vik! We especially loved how cozy the house was - for the evenings. The kitchen is fantastic, and has a full stock of spices. The beds are incredibly comfortable, as is the living room....
