The bathroom was clean and modern. The only issue was the WiFi connectivity in the room. Overall, an excellent hotel and highly recommended. We are a family of 4 and stayed 1 night."

Staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit management needs improvement as the resort was lacking in amenities that should be offered at a 4+ star level. For a “luxury resort” we expect basic room amenities like body lotion and conditioner, both of which were absent. This is not typical in our past Grecotel experiences.
