"great area, nice lay out, friendly host easy to reach. Property is needing cleaning and updated maintenance for sure. We were fine with it as it was clear in suite info that property had some maintenance issues. Only part that wasn’t acceptable was water and molds seeping up from tiles in bathroom. Location was perfect, fell in love with the area. Would book again thanks Paul."

"An excellent base for exploring Amsterdam! In a quiet area but surrounded by lively cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Two key tramlines that you will certainly utilize (especially the 14 and the 1,7,19) are mere minutes away. Staff extremely friendly and helpful (thank you Mikael and Hassan!). "We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the special welcoming snacks and wine! Great communication with the owner. It was a convenient location and easy to walk or catch an Uber to main attractions. If we are ever back in Amsterdam we would definitely return to this lovely apartment!"

"The hotel and facilities was excellent. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and our evening meal was delicious. The room and the views exceeded our expectations. Using the hotel bikes to get around was great fun and quicker than walking. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe. The bus was a short journey from Centraal Station and there was a good frequency of services. Overall, a fantastic stay at the July."
