The room and property was as expected for the price of about $78 per night, off-season. Water pressure was good; shower, sink, and toilet worked well. Was a bit musty inside, windows remain from the old days: thin and not locked securely. Owner and staff were pleasant.

This was a quick overnight stay. The area outside is clean with free parking. No free breakfast but there is a nice breakfast /coffee place across the street. Check in and Check out was easy. The room was clean. Love that the floor is not rugged. Quiet area even with it being on a main road. I would stay here again. Overall rate 5/5

The proximity to Hyanis without exorbitant cost. From the outside it looks wornout,but the room was large with m8crowave and fridge. It is only a plzce to sleep while being out and about

The room was perfect for what it was needed. We were traveling and just needed some rest. The area was clean, great breakfast spot across the street. Pool outside looked clean but I didn’t get in. The pool area is small. The room was clean. Love that it’s hard wood floors, the bed was comfortable. The sheets had burn holes in one of the beds so we didn’t sleep in it. The bathroom was clean but could have been a bit cleaner. The area was very quiet and again we were able to rest. Check in and check out was easy. I rate this property 4/5

The receptionist is barely at the desk and acts super unprofessional when he’s around. There was no wifi in the room and when we requested for assistance, there was no outcome or change. The room was not perfectly cleaned and some of the corners need renovations immediately. The location is good since it’s close to the Main Street and other little stores. Overall, try to find other properties if you’re looking for a good stay.

Great for the price // you get what you pay for

We got a delux suite which was quite spacious. It was really clean and the bathroom looked to be newly renovated (looked like new toilet, sink, floors, and tub) and they had just replaced the carpet. The pull-out couch and chairs looked old but were fine comfort wise. Doors have absolutely no sound proofing (I genuinely kept thinking someone was opening our door when it was the neighbors). Nothing to write home about but also no complaints especially considering the price. If you're not picky and want a solid place to sleep, this place is perfect. If you're looking for a cute getaway with a nice vibe or any soundproofing then look elsewhere.

this property was clean and quite. Not a place you would stay if you did not have other planned events to go to. It is not a hang around type of property. An overnight stay. In and out. Good for airline personnel or quick job related overnight stay. Close to airport and major highways.

The room was extremely clean!! Those sheets have been washed, even the duvet covers were clean. Im a clean freak so i tend to look at everything, they did a wonderful job!! I was really happy about my stay. Everything works, even the wifi. Would stay there again.
