Enjoy the privacy of a gated community in prestigious Great Island. Floor-to-ceiling glass highlights the incredible views from all three sides of our magnificent great room. Private primary bedroom suite. Bedrooms and bathrooms all on first floor. Cable TV in every bedroom. Enclosed outdoor shower. A wraparound deck offers plenty of breathtaking scenes. Long beach walks add to the serenity and charm of this special property. Interior recently updated with new furniture, new Bosch kitchen appliances, and all new linens, etc. New central air conditioning will keep you cool. This is the ultimate beach house! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Refundable $2,000 Security Deposit. There is no phone landline at this property.

Dream Beach Home

This is our fourth time at this amazing beach home. There is space for everyone in the extended family to be together or to find a quiet separate space. All the things that you need for the house and beach are provided. The owners are always attentive to any issues that do come up. We hope to come back again.

The beach was quiet, sandy and beautiful and really great gentle waves for the kids. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.
