"The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. My two daughters and myself had no car with us and mo extra money to pay for accomodation elsewhere, or even transport to a different property. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend."

" It's a great spot for a few days in Poole, quirky little house with two sets of stairs (you'll need to be able manage them or you'll be stuck!)Has everything you need though the TV reception was a bit patchy. As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole."
