"The rooms definitely need some updates they had 1 elevator working And sometimes it wouldn't stop and pickup on the parking levels it was very frustrating"

"The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Enjoyed our stay - close to the Bonneville Salt Flats - lots of fun! Breakfast was good too!"

"We had a rough experience. 1:30 in the morning the fire alarm went off in our room. Maintenance took look at it, and unplugged the speaker. They reset the system, plugged it back in, and apologized. We went back to bed, and then it happened again. They reset it a 2nd time and finally fixed the issue. It ended up taking over 2 hours. We requested another room, but that never happened. They did not offer to comp the room, nor to try to accommodate us at all. We spoke to the manager on the way out and they said they couldn't refund anything because it was through Expedia. They did offer to comp a meal for us, but we were leaving. We do believe this was unexpected, and not within the control of the hotel, but we were hoping for better customer service. Overall the staff was nice, the room was clean, and we enjoyed the casino. We did struggle with the smoke, but that was somewhat expected in a casino."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. GHETTO AS CAN BE!! When we first checked in to our room, the key worked fine, we filled up our fridge with our drinks/snack and organized our travel clothes and toiletries. We left to the casino and returned to our room around 3am in which our room key no longer worker. We informed the front office, they gave us a new key, which did not work. The worker came to open our door with the master key, which still did not work. He mentioned that a lot of the times the property has these issues and we would not be able to get in to our room, THAT HAD OUR LUGGAGE AND EVERYTHING IN IT, until morning when the owner came. They did provide us a new room which was the same layout but did not have a fridge, the pillows are awful you’re literally sleeping on pancakes, the comforter had burn holes in them and tears. Why would there be burn holes in a NON SMOKING room. All in all it was a terrible stay. Especially not being able to have our clothes and toiletries that night until the owner came in the following day."

"We arrived to find the hotel was closed. Not fun!!! We were never notified that they had a flood and were closed for repairs. I can't rate the hotel but the experience was horrible. "
