"Everything on the hotel property was nice, nothing bad to say at all. Across the street though looks extremely run down, people hanging around outside that were up to no good. I wonder if the community do something to lift that street up out of poverty, maybe volunteer to renovate the run down houses and lawn care, seeing if they can do social wellness checks? Not sure those are just some ideas. My husband didn’t sleep hardly at all because of the things we saw going on outside. "

"A last minute reservation was efficient, easy and accurate. I bought the insurance because of the nonrefundable nature of the late reservation, but it was not necessary. I was happy to pay it and not need it than the other way around. Thank you."
