Great place!

This place was great for an overnight stay. Clean and comfortable. The owners were very proactive in communication and made sure we had what we needed. The internet was just a touch slow but could easily run a Zoom meeting or video calls.

Friendly service. Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Outside appearance updates and things like fixing dented doors and updating mattresses would help. Overall, a good price for a pleasant overnight stay.

The room was clean. However, I reserved a single bed room and got a room with two beds. The people working in the office were ignoring me and having a conversation in a foreign language while I was trying to check in. Overall it’s not a bad place, but I felt that the customer service could’ve been a lot better.

Stay for funeral

Had to pay total at check in. Then we did not stay the second night due to incoming winter storm. Did not receive a refund of the second night charge. The dispensers in the shower were empty of shower gel and shampoo. Very small broken bars of soap were provided. Room and sheets/towels were clean. Safe area with fast food options within walking distance.

The couple (I believe they are a couple) who own this place are incredible. So, nice, so accommodating, such a lovely couple of people. However, I do need to be honest. The place was not great. * Let me preface and say that I am not a high maintenance person, if there are scuffs, dents and dings in places - I don't care, that's normal. But, I do need to point out that the sheets reeked of cigarette smoke. It got so bad at the end of the night when I laid my head on the pillow that I needed to spray my perfume on them pretty heavily just to be able to sleep. There were a couple of dead bug bodies smooshed to the wall, where you could tell someone smashed them and just left them and no one cleaned them up. There was a booger on the wall next to the bed and that was pretty obvious to the naked eye if you were looking. The hair dryer, and the soap dispensers were covered in dust. The water pressure in the tub was so/so - it would be normal for five minutes then shoot out at high speed and be super loud then go back to normal. The air conditioner worked well but it was a little loud and annoying at time, but after a while, I was able to ignore it. And, lastly there was a security light right outside my room, which I get is needed, and I don't wish anyone to fall or not be able to see outside, but I think if they're going to keep it in that location then they should invest in better curtains/ blinds, because the light was extremely visible at night.

Found 4 different pills on floor. Room has a strange smell. Had to turn air all the way down just to get it a little cool. Hotel is more of a transient house. Everyone there seemed to be living there and not quite the types i would want to be around normally
