"Second visit in two years. Hotel has the perfect location. Room is small but does the job and is modern. Some extra shelving would help for storage though and they need to provide extra towels as the water goes everywhere after a shower"

"I had a lovely stay, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the service throughout the stay was excellent. I liked the hotel’s eco-friendly approach to room cleaning. The option to reduce daily cleaning not only support their environment efforts, but also came with a small reward which was a lovely touch. Overall a great experience with excellent service and a thoughtful approach to sustainability. I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is very centrally located. It doesn’t have many amenities. Visited during the summer heat wave of 2026, and it was extremely hot. The property doesn’t have air conditioning, and the best they can do is provide fans. It was a good place to sleep, but it didn’t offer much more than that. It was a good deal."

"Lovely hotel I have stayed numerous times. Great Ormand Street hospital have booked myself and my daughter rooms there when the patient hotel has been full and the staff are always so kind and understanding hence why I chose this hotel for a pleasure stay."
