"I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending nearly $5,000 for a six-night stay, I feel it’s important to share our experience. We actually ended up checking out early and booking another hotel because the service and cleanliness were so disappointing. One of the biggest issues was room service. I placed an order totaling around $150 and waited three hours before finally calling to ask what was going on. Only then was I told that because of Lollapalooza, they were no longer taking room...
