"I arrived at the hotel with my daughter around midnight last night, completely exhausted, and unfortunately, the staff made my experience even worse. They were extremely unfriendly, curt, and unwelcoming. There was no warmth, no willingness to help, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. After a long, tiring journey, the last thing a guest wants is to be treated with such an unpleasant attitude. Customer service makes a huge difference, and sadly, this hotel fell far short of my expectations."

"Very disappointed in the cleanliness"

"Very nice staff, great location. Drinks at Roof bar were delicious."
