"A lovely historic venue, the food on the whole was good & the staff were excellent.
However …… On the Saturday night of my long weekend, the venue had an event on. The music was unacceptably loud & it went on until nearly 1am which impacted the enjoyment of my stay, causing me to cut short my exploring the beautiful Durham area the following day due to fatigue.
